Job Description

Requirements:

College Degree
At least 1-2 years in-depth experience in recruitment process for Medical Professions in a
Manning Agency, Shipping and Offshore offices or equivalent
Knowledge in arranging travel documents for overseas workers
Above average knowledge in MS office application
Keen to details
Open to learning and can adjust easily to working environment
Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsilities:

In charge of sourcing out candidates
Conduct initial interviews/screening of applicants
Ensure candidates to be deployed qualifies to the Client’s requirements (medical, technical skills, etc.)
Conduct background checking of shortlisted candidates
Review the authenticity of documents, certificates, license submitted by applicants
In charge of processing all pre-employment requirements and documentations prior to deployment
